Unaired was initially recorded throughout the periods for Hozier’s newest album, Unreal Unearth. In addition to lead single, “No one’s Soldier”, the EP can even embody “July”, produced by Jeff ‘Gitty’ Gitelman (Anderson .Paak, H.E.R.), and “That You Are”, produced by Gus Seyffert (Beck, Michael Kiwanuka) – that includes the Syrian-American folks artist Bedouine.
The EP of offcuts from Unreal Unearth follows the Unheard EP which featured 4 extra songs.
In a word to followers, Hozier says; “Expensive Souls, I wish to thank every and everybody of you for all the pieces over this previous 12 months. It’s been a privilege to journey and play the music and be met with a lot love and assist. This has been a really particular time for me, thanks all sincerely. “No one’s Soldier,” which a few of you’ll have heard dwell already, “July,” the sister track of “Wildflower and Barley,” written whereas awaiting the pandemic’s passing, and “That You Are,” a track that I used to be blessed to put in writing with Bedouine in Los Angeles and document collectively shortly after.”
