Lex Amor will launch new venture ‘Ahead Ever’ on October 4th.
The North Londoner works from her personal studio, a base for her cross-genre pollination. Emphatically inventive, Lex Amor is lauded as a collaborator – working with everybody from drill rappers to jazz pianists – whereas her personal work sits in a lane of its personal.
Out on October 4th, new venture ‘Ahead Ever’ is a second of self-realisation; certainly, it opens with the phrases –

New monitor ‘BEG’ is out now, the elastic bounce coupled to Lex Amor’s need to interrupt down concepts, and discover them to their fullest.

“‘BEG’ happened throughout a kind of late-night classes the place every part simply clicked. I really feel like I kinda went right into a daze when making it—whole movement state—simply constructing thought on high of thought. Blinked at some point, and there the music was, this light chaos of a tune. It’s about resilience, standing your floor towards the darkish bits. I needed to seize that defiant dedication, and ‘BEG’ is the end result. It’s a private hearth, and I’m actually excited to share it with everybody.”
