Alt-pop riser Alessi Rose has shared her new ‘rumination as ritual’ EP.
The London-based, Derby-born songwriter is making waves, together with her lyrical over-sharing matched to some terrific melodies.
A flurry of singles have caught our ear, such because the outrageous ‘CRUSH!’ – already a fan favorite, she describes it as…
“’CRUSH!’ is the most important most outrageous pop music on the ep and teases the thought of somebody pondering you’re in love with them when it’s truly the opposite method round. It’s about being fascinating but completely unbothered. It’s tremendous enjoyable and mocks these individuals who assume everybody’s in love with them.”
Alessi Rose has now shared her debut EP in full, and ‘rumination as ritual’ presents a vivid pop voice.
She says…
“ ‘rumination as ritual’ is a set of songs that depict varied previous occasions that I’ve over-analysed and agonised over previously 12 months, and the methods wherein my obsessive mind finds it arduous to let go of all these previous conditions, good or unhealthy…”
