Fat Dog unveil new single “Wither” and announce second show at Rough Trade East

The video directed by Ryan Vautier and impressed by 90s video video games is knowingly awash with pointless somersaults and wonky graphics. With a nod to Chris Hughes (keys/synth) and Morgan Wallace’s (sax/keys) onstage dance to “Wither”, the gameplay sees the five-piece traverse totally different worlds assembly bone sellers and singing skulls to come back collectively and struggle the ultimate boss Gerald.

Vautier stated of the video path: “I needed it to really feel like an actual PS1 or 2 recreation that I might have performed once I was a child – Fats Canine’s music has the chaotic vitality me and my brother had, smashing down tender drinks and arguing over who obtained the highest break up display screen.”
