Friedberg Announce Debut Album 'Hardcore Workout Queen' | News

Friedberg will launch their debut album ‘Hardcore Exercise Queen’ this Autumn.

The multi-national band are rooted in London, led by Austrian-born Anna Friedberg. Early single ‘Go Wild’ grew to become an anthem, scooped up for the award-winning Regular Individuals soundtrack earlier than going viral.

Not too long ago taking part in a packed out present on the Brixton Windmill in South London, the band have now laid out plans for his or her incoming debut album.

Out on November eighth, debut album ‘Hardcore Exercise Queen’ is a 10-track journey that unfolds – as Anna Friedberg places it – “like an limitless highway journey, with no vacation spot.”

She continues…

I suppose you could possibly say it’s a journey via the inside workings of my previous few years. It’s huge and minute, it’s all the pieces and nothing. It’s about breaking in and breaking free, about slipping into another person’s thoughts for a vacation from your personal ideas. It’s being the Champion of the Slobs, while cheering for the Hardcore Exercise Queens who run previous your bed room window as you’re tucking into your second breakfast. It’s the right album to take heed to with the home windows down cruising alongside a shoreline, whether or not you understand the place you’re going or not.

Catch Friedberg at London’s 100 Membership on November 4th.
