A collaborative masterclass that includes Kelsey Lu, Panda Bear and John Glacier, “Dafodil” has been the topic of countless fan ID-ing over the previous couple of years, whereas the music was just lately performed live by John Glacier as a part of Jamie’s latest The Flooring residency in London.
The monitor follows “All You Youngsters” that includes The Avalanches; “Life” that includes Robyn; and “Baddy On The Flooring” which was made in collaboration with Honey Dijon.
“Dafodil was one of many first items of music that I made for this album, it was truly the music that made me realise I might lastly make one other album,” Jamie xx says. “I’m eternally grateful to Kelsey Lu, with whom this music started as voice notes a few hazy evening we each remembered.
