Kwasi has shared his model new single, ‘LIT!’
A grungey piece of cross-genre experimentation, the Ghanaian-Australian artist is choosing up the power along with his newest launch. Merging collectively chopped-up bass samples with distorted drums and a punchy vocal supply, the riser weaves between private references, braggadocio and empowerment. Largely drawing affect from skateboarding tradition and his upbringing, the monitor carries a collaborative spirit, seeing Kwasi merge forces with expert producer, Tasker, who transforms the monitor’s instrumentation with slick dwell bass, synths and guitar.
Rising up within the Australian countryside, Kwasi has developed a singular relationship along with his inventive course of, discovering solace and belonging inside his craft. Talking on his work, the artist shares “For me, music was a method to kind an understanding of the world and a approach for me to attach with others.” In flip, ‘LIT!’ connects with a worldwide viewers and the dwell expertise, reaching into a way of angst, rebel and self-identity.
