Alongside the unique tracklisting, there are 12 bonus songs and greater than half of these have by no means been launched. Accompanying the announcement is a 1982 model of “Straight Into Darkness”, which was initially recorded for French TV by the director Alan Bibby.

Alongside liner notes from David Fricke, with commentary from Jimmy Iovine and Cameron Crowe, there are some phrases from Petty himself concerning the beforehand unreleased songs.
